• On the 31st in the evening; gathering of the guests in the lounge or reception room between 6 :30 and 7 :00 p.m.
• On the 31st in the evening; Cocktail service
• On the 31st in the evening; gourmet buffet dinner
• On the 31st in the evening; Fine French, Californian and Quebec wine service during the meal.
• Hearty breakfast and gourmet table d’hôte dinner the other nights.

On the 31st in the evening around 11:30 p.m., everyone is invited outside to bring in the New Year around a campfire, at exactly midnight, fireworks along with Champagne and Porto service.

Around half past midnight everyone returns to the reception room where the party starts with dance music, entertainment and drink service.

When making reservations, a deposit of 10% of the total cost of the stay is required. This deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
